Support

Technical assistance is provided free for the lifetime of any PTI products.  This support includes telephone and personal consulting on the hardware, performance, and upgrading of any system.

Support will be limited for special order third party products or products not manufactured by ProTronics.  Any support issues concerning these products may be subject to standard billing policies.

Any software defects, problems, or questions not regarding a PTI product are not the responsibility of ProTronics Technologies and should be directed to the relevant company.

Service

All PC desktop service and repair, excluding warranty service, will be billed at $90 per hour with a minimum charge of $60.  Microsoft Networking services will be billed at $120 per hour with a minimum of 1/2 hour of service.  Data center service and extended hours will be billed at $150 per hour.  This includes server and network design or consulting.

Emergency labor can be provided within two hours and will be billed at $250 per hour with a minimum charge of one hour.

All specified labor rates include travel time.


Warranty

ProTronics Technologies warrants its product to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of three yeas from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, ProTronics Technologies will, at its option, either repair or replace defective products with similar parts and products.

Should the product be identified as defective, transportation costs involved in warranty service are the responsibility of the purchaser.

In no event shall ProTronics Technologies, or anyone else involved in the creation, production, and distribution of this product be liable for any damages, including any loss of profits, lost savings or other direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential charges even if ProTronics Technologies has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim or claims by other parties.

Excluded from this warranty are defects caused by wear and tear, misuse, neglect, alterations and modifications, or improper or inadequate installation of the product. Such determinations will be made by ProTronics Technologies.
